Glamping for high-end adventurers
Accommodation of a special kind: the Safari Lodge is a luxury tent set in the middle of the impressive natural countryside of the southern Eifel. The heated Tiny Sleepcube with a movie screen, the private shower, the mini-kitchen with refrigerator and the 2 x 4 metre swimming pool as well as the sauna will make your the stay an unforgettable adventure not lacking in comfort. Yet actually this very comfort makes it difficult for guests to explore the surroundings and the nearby Müllerthal Nature and Geopark – few guests want to leave the property after they arrive!
A touch of Africa in the heart of Europe
There’s no getting away from the fact that the border region between Germany and Luxembourg, where the Safari Lodge is located, has a lot to offer. However, it is also a fact that the lodge’s covered patio provides simply breathtaking views out over this beautiful scenery. Spend a day here relaxing, reading a book in peace or simply doing nothing and it’ll feel like you’ve been on vacation for a week.
The feel-good atmosphere exuded by the Safari Love Lodge is due not only to its location, but also to its furnishings. A breath of Africa pervades the luxury tent and its patio. Wood in abundance, designer objects such as masks and metal bowls testify to the suite’s quality and charm, without compromising on the luxury of modern hygiene. The private toilet and shower are located on the property and are accessible only to you. All paths are paved and lit at night. The facilities include your own private, heated swimming pool (the temperature of the water depends on the weather) and an infusion sauna where you can enjoy togetherness in absolute privacy.
Please note that this is not a closed accommodation and therefore it could be a bit cold depending on the weather, especially in winter.
Out and about
OK, it’s nice and cosy in the Safari Lodge! But it really would be a shame if your glamping didn’t include a trip or two to the surrounding area. The Müllerthal region is not called “Luxembourg’s Little Switzerland” for nothing. A tourist attraction, the biotope with its spectacular rock formations is a unique landscape moulded by erosion. Also worth seeing and visiting is Echternach in Luxembourg, the town considered as the Mullerthal’s “capital”. Not only cultural highlights await you there – the restaurants also have an excellent reputation.
